This is written for those that are unhappy, sad, dis-oriented or even simply lost. And I guess at this time of the year, there must be tons of such people around, and similarly there must be thousands of sites out there all trying to be as helpful in dishing out a good remedy.

Not here. I am just trying to sound philosphical by linking life with coffee makers, and I thought I have a good one here. But, I hope what I have written can help you if in any way makes you feel better.

The burning question is why are we sad, lost or basically feeling unhappy -too many things! In life, people tend to go for a better life and wanted to pursue many things, but some things you just do not want too many.

Things such as problems, work and even responsibility but it would come trust me, they just go hand in hand with life.

Then what has a single cup coffee maker got to do with life? Well, do you know that these single cup coffee is currently the most successful machine in the market? And there is only one reason why they are so successful -they only do one thing.

They are doing one thing and they are doing this one thing very well -making coffee one cup at a time.

Think about it, you have a lot of problems or issues but these are make up of numbers, simply attack and solve them one at a time. My next question is what happens if you failed to solve any of them?

What would happen? I can assure you that for work wise, the worse that can happen is losing your job and so long as you are still able, looking for one should not be hard. Then, there is the usual personal problems, what is the worse that can happen?

Hmm…I can think of anything really bad on that account.

Solve one problem at a time just like the single cup coffee maker making one coffee at time and life just might get a litte better…

How do you define this?

Is been a while since I last post anything on this blog, isn’t it? The truth is, it is pretty tiring trying to think of life’s lesson and link it to a coffee maker. This post, I would be using keurig coffee maker.

What can we learn from this seemingly simple looking coffee maker? They make it in such a way that it is not the machine that matters but the coffee pods or what is known as the k-cups.

Similarly, if you use it on person, if you want good things to come out of the person life, it is the in take of his experience, his education and many other in put that determine his story.

Take for example, a person that has a rags to riches story, he is more resilence and has things that a person growing up in a rich family would not have.

Now, if you want good coffee, coffee maker is just a very small fraction of the whole equation, you still need to consider things like water quality, temperature, quantity and freshness of coffee grounds.

That is also true about how a person is like. How he talks and how successful he is depends on what is background is, and how he is schooled…

That means, if you purchased the coffee machine, you would have to buy their own brand of coffee. If you buy senseo, then you would have to drink douwe ebgerts and nespresso definitely serve nestle coffee.

But, with stiff competition, more and more coffee pods maker are allowing other brands of coffee pods to be used on their machine. And this is what is known as open system and this endears them to many consumers.

In life, it is the same. No matter how good you are, if you are not willing to be open and accept things which might not be positive to your overall structure, then you would be faced with the likklihood of being obsolete.

When you are open, the things that comes along might be good and it might be negative, but if manage carefully, you could be like the single serve coffee maker that are open, more compeititive, thus more popular…
